Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, in their original factory condition, complete, unused, with all factory sanitary seals intact, and in their original packaging.
Product return procedure
- Submit a return request via email to [email protected] stating the order number and reason.
- Receive a unique return authorization code and exact shipping instructions to our facilities.
- Securely pack the product in its original protective packaging with intact hygiene seals and ship via our partner courier.
- Completion of the refund via bank transfer within 3 to 10 business days following the successful inspection of the returned item.
Who pays return shipping
If the product proves to be defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, we cover all shipping costs by providing a prepaid label or scheduling a courier pickup. If the return is due to withdrawal on your part, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. No additional fees apply.
Refund timing and method
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the successful inspection. For cash on delivery orders, the amount is deposited into the bank account you specify. In cases of payment by bank transfer, the credit is issued to the original bank account. Interbank processing typically takes 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, variant, or item, follow the return procedure and place a new order. The refund for the returned product is issued promptly after receipt and inspection. If an exchange is required due to an error on our part, the replacement shipment is dispatched free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order free of charge before it departs our facilities. Submit a request to [email protected] citing your order number. If the parcel has already been handed to the carrier, standard return terms apply.
