Ordering and contract

Order placement is completed upon finalizing the purchase process. We send you an email confirmation, while the contract is considered concluded upon shipment of the products. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability or failure to verify details, fully refunding any amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in EUR and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout before final confirmation. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, we reserve the right to correct it prior to shipment, providing you with the option to confirm or cancel.

Delivery

Available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and corresponding costs are detailed in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery.

Product images and colours

Photos accurately display the items we offer. Colors on your screen may be affected by your display settings, browser, and room lighting. A subtle shade variation does not constitute a defect and does not qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials, and package contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We retain full responsibility for the items until they are delivered by the carrier to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. Thereafter, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transit damage must be noted in the presence of the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return ordered items within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined in the Returns section. A statutory two-year conformity warranty is provided in accordance with Greek law and the provisions of the Civil Code for manufacturing defects in materials or resistance regulators, excluding damage from misuse, lack of proper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

• Products made or modified upon specific custom order of the customer.
• Replacement parts or consumables with a short operational shelf life.
• Training masks and mouthpieces whose safety seal or airtight sanitary packaging has been unsealed after delivery, for health protection and personal hygiene reasons.
• Components that after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other elements due to their nature.
• Digital training material or tracking software whose electronic seal or access code was activated by the consumer.

Liability

The total liability of the company is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 €, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits civil liability to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Equipment use must strictly adhere to label instructions, as products do not replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed exclusively by Greek law, Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, and applicable European Union regulations, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, the courts at the seller's registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer rights in your place of residence.
