Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Direct courier delivery with tracking to your residential address: street, number, city, and postal code. For orders exceeding €55, a signature upon delivery may be required.

Pickup point

Pickup option from a designated service point or automated parcel locker. The item remains available for collection for 7 days before return shipping is initiated.

Transit time is calculated in business days from package dispatch. For destinations in remote areas, 1-2 additional days may be required.

For orders over €55 to Greece, standard shipping is free. For smaller order values, the shipping fee is €3.50.
The package is delivered within 2-5 business days from the dispatch date.
Orders placed before 13:30 on business days are processed the same day.
We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt, provided the equipment remains unused and in its original packaging.
Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.

Order processing

Orders placed before 13:30 on business days are handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day. Once completed, an email is automatically sent with the details and order number of your purchase.

The training masks are packaged in an airtight sanitary protective film with an authenticity security seal, placed in reinforced corrugated boxes with internal shock-absorbing padding to prevent deformation of the airflow valve.

Tracking your parcel

Once the order is dispatched, an email and SMS message are automatically sent with a unique tracking number to track the parcel live.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking for your parcel remains inactive for 5 business days, please notify us at [email protected] with your order number. We will immediately investigate with the courier service and proceed, based on your preference, with either a replacement shipment or a full refund within 10 business days of your request.

Damaged on arrival

In the event of external damage to the parcel upon delivery, immediately register a written reservation with the carrier. Photograph the damaged packaging and its contents before any use. Send the proof to [email protected] within forty-eight hours so an immediate replacement can be arranged at no additional charge.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Cash payment to the courier upon delivery of your equipment is available, with no advance deposit required.

Bank transfer

You can transfer the payable amount to our company bank account. The required details are provided after placing your order and in the confirmation message. Dispatch begins as soon as the deposit is confirmed, usually within 1 business day.

We provide payment options via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Under no circumstances will you be asked for online banking passwords or card details by phone or email.

Delivery outside Greece

We ship orders to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed during checkout. Any customs fees or import duties are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
